Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your order quickly and completely.  We anticipate that all orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday - Saturday) excluding holidays.  Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in shipments.

All orders placed at www.membrasinlife.ca ship free of charge within Canada via standard shipping.  All shipments originate within Canada and are expected to arrive within 5-7 days.

Due to ongoing regional and national efforts to contain COVID-19, it is possible that our fulfillment operations, or our preferred couriers may experience a disruption of service.  While timely delivery is our priority, please be aware that your order may be delayed.  You will be provided shipment tracking information.  Please check regularly and contact customer support if you notice any unusual information or delays.  Our customer support hours are 10am - 6pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday.
